## Description

Roblox is seeking a Creative Director to lead the daily creative output and operations of its in-house studio team.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who can steer creative direction, build scalable systems, and ensure seamless workflow from brief to delivery without sacrificing craft.

Key responsibilities include:

- Steering, reviewing, and approving creative work across design, copy, and video

- Building and refining scalable creative workflows, processes, and systems

- Managing incoming briefs, setting priorities, and balancing workloads

- Mentoring and developing team members through continuous feedback and coaching

- Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure strategic alignment and on-brand work

- Championing a team culture rooted in diversity, inclusion, and mutual respect

Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in creative roles with 3-5 years in a leadership position

- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams

- Deep understanding of design, copywriting, and video editing

- Experience building and scaling creative workflows and operational systems

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Fluency in creative tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, and Keynote

- Obsession with craft and attention to detail

- Thoughtful, resilient mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity

- Self-starter mentality with ability to own domain end-to-end

Salary range: $230,660 - $269,570 USD per year
