## Description

The CPO Capability and Learning Ecosystem Lead role translates enterprise, portfolio, pipeline and CPO priorities into capabilities, leadership expectations, learning experiences and ways of working required to deliver greater scientific and patient impact.

The role partners with Commercial Learning Experience leadership to define and deliver aligned capabilities across CPO and GPS, identifying shared priorities, standards, experiences, platforms and investments that strengthen enterprise performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Setting the enterprise CPO Capability & Skills Strategy

- Building aligned enterprise capabilities across CPO and GPS

- End-to-End Learning Experience

- Platforms, Systems & Digital

The ideal candidate will have:

- Advanced scientific qualification, such as PharmD, MD, PhD or equivalent

- Significant senior leadership experience in enterprise and medical learning or capability leadership positions within a global organisation

- Strong business astuteness and performance focus

- Experience building strategic, peer-level partnerships with Commercial leadership and aligning capabilities across Medical and Commercial

- Demonstrated success defining and executing an enterprise capability, workforce, learning or organisational transformation strategy

- Expertise in Learning Experience Design (LXD) and adoption of digital and AI learning technologies
