## Description

We are looking for exceptional sales talent to join our Sales Development team in EMEA, driving new business and delivering on strategy. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a key team member, managing a high volume of hot inbound leads, qualifying high-value opportunities, and upselling/cross-selling to customers.

Responsibilities:

- Drive new business and deliver on strategy for your region

- Manage a high volume of hot inbound leads in our CRM

- Qualify high-value and top-quality opportunities for Account Executives

- Use excellent communication skills to upsell and cross-sell

- Show creativity and find new ways to work

- Be motivated to overachieve on targets and metrics

- Build an outstanding customer experience

- Learn and develop your sales career trajectory

- Excel in a multicultural team serving European, Middle Eastern, and African markets

- Foster a great team environment

Requirements:

- Fluency in Spanish

- Passion for a career in consultative sales

- Experience in sales or a related field (not essential)

- Business experience (SaaS sales preferred) and customer-centric approach

- 'Can Do' / 'Winner' attitude with a commitment to overachieve

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work in Lisbon office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
