## Description

We are looking for an Agile Transformation/Scrum Master to join our Workforce Transformation practice. As an Agile Transformation professional, you will support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels, undertake Agile coaching engagements, and play an advisory role to client leaders.

Responsibilities:

- Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels

- Undertake Agile coaching engagements, including Agile at Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)

- Undertake agile delivery engagements in the form of Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Product Owner

- Support Lean Portfolio Management engagement

- Assume ownership for client deliverables to ensure that engagement deliverables and outcomes are realised in a timely manner

- Play an advisory role to client leaders in industry sectors, and support other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice

- Contribute to Workforce Transformation thought leadership, intellectual property, and methods/tools

Requirements:

- 5+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience

- Experienced and expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile, and Product Management

- Holds a recognised Agile qualification or certification (e.g., PSM, SAFe Scrum Master)

- Experience of successful delivery via a recognised agile methodology

- Proven record of coaching and influencing at team level

- Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience

- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesising, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences

- Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C2 proficiency)

- SAP transformation experience would be a plus
