## Description

We are seeking a patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at Team Rehab, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with the ultimate goal of having them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating new patients, developing plans of care, treating patients, setting measurable, functional goals, educating patients on treatment options and home exercises, supervising aides, monitoring and re-evaluating patient progress, addressing pain management, determining when to discharge patients, writing timely and accurate documentation, achieving a reasonable level of productivity, participating in research studies, giving input on policies and procedures, and handling patient feedback and complaints.
