## Description

In our private customer centres across Germany, we're revolutionising the way we work and advise our customers. We're looking for a Private Customer Consultant to join our team in Mannheim.

As a Private Customer Consultant, you will provide tailored advice to our private customers through various digital channels (phone, video consultation, co-browsing, and email) on topics such as accounts, service, personal loans, and precautionary products.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing demand-driven advice to private customers through digital media

- Managing a pool of customers with your experience and seniority, acquiring new customers for the digital, omnichannel private customer segment, and continuously developing customer relationships

- Identifying needs through standardised consulting processes and referring customers to specialised areas outside your own competence

- Convincing customers during telephone appointment scheduling and conducting conclusion-oriented and high-quality advisory conversations

- Actively contributing to the team, promoting the advisory performance of your colleagues, and sharing your expertise in a motivating way

- Supporting RBC executives in the induction of new employees and assuming deputy tasks in daily control

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- A banking-related qualification or comparable qualification

- Particular expertise in digital consulting and sales of personal loans (including hedging) and precautionary products, supplemented by comprehensive knowledge of the entire private customer product range

- Professional use of digital media (telephony, video consulting, screen sharing) and secure and efficient use of the omnichannel-enabled workstation

- Sound competence in personal loans, IDD-certified, and reliable fulfilment of all regulatory requirements and quality standards in credit and precautionary business

- In-depth know-how in financing and precautionary areas, continuously developing your specialist, sales, process, and digitalisation knowledge

- Confident, routine, friendly, and competent demeanour, with pronounced sales skills and convincing through high customer orientation
