## Description

We are seeking an intern to join our Technology and Innovation department in Paris from July to December 2026 (6 months).

**The Team** Our Technology and Innovation team at Norton Rose Fulbright Paris consists of 1 associate, 1 counsel, and 2 collaborators who regularly work in the media, IT, and telecommunications sectors.

The team's cases (advice, contracts, and litigation) focus on IT and electronic communications law (including telecommunications, NTIC, and e-commerce regulations, as well as personal data protection), outsourcing and offshoring operations, and intellectual property.

**The Internship** As an intern, you will have the opportunity to conduct legal research, write legal consultations, participate in contract drafting and negotiation, and work on contentious and non-contentious cases in French or English. You will also assist our collaborators and associates with their daily case management.

**Profile** We are looking for a student or young lawyer specialised in IT, telecommunications, and/or new technologies law (including intellectual property and data protection law) and contract law. You should have solid legal knowledge, potentially complemented by a dual education (business school, IEP, Anglo-Saxon university). Fluency in English is essential.
