As a Primary Care & Specialty Sales Consultant in Dothan, AL, you will implement sales strategies for approved Cardiorenal products and drive launch activities for an anticipated menopause product launch.

Responsibilities:

- Build professional relationships with primary care physicians, pharmacy staff, and other customers

- Drive demand, clinical education, and sales through strategic business planning

- Collaborate with internal partners, including Marketing, Market Access, and Patient Services

- Develop and implement effective customer-specific business plans

- Prioritize time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of physician specialists

- Understand customers' product and business needs while adhering to Bayer's ethics and compliance standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales

- Proven track record of high performance in sales or relevant experience

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills

- Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster an environment promoting ethical behavior and compliance

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

Preferred Qualifications:

- Advanced degree

- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales

- In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular, diabetes, and/or menopause disease states

- Product launch experience

- Strong analytical and computer capabilities

- Virtual sales experience

Salary: $124,320.00 - $186,480.00 per year, with additional compensation possible through bonus or commission.
