## Description

The Senior Financial Compliance Associate will provide specialized support to financial compliance, internal control, business process improvement, and related initiatives of the Financial Compliance and Support Unit (FCSU).

Responsibilities:

- Assist financial compliance functions through compilation, review, and analysis of information related to financial policies, procedures, IPSAS requirements, and internal control frameworks.

- Support business process improvement initiatives related to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (WAVE).

- Support planning, coordination, and implementation of AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Coordinate and support implementation, rollout, and monitoring of financial compliance, internal control, and organisational improvement initiatives.

- Provide coordination and administrative support for meetings, workshops, training sessions, and departmental initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Management, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.

- Four years of relevant professional experience.

- Experience in financial compliance, accounting, finance, internal controls, audit support, or related areas.

- Good knowledge of financial compliance, internal controls, accounting or financial management principles and procedures.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
