## Description

We are seeking a PCN Governance and Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team at Dorking Healthcare Ltd. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with all the DHC Federation GP Practices and PCNs to support them in achieving high standards of governance and compliance.

The role involves providing support and advice on governance and compliance, producing policies and SOPs, reviewing compliance in practices, and supporting with CQC inspections.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of governance in a healthcare setting, experience in continuing professional development, and understanding of current healthcare policy.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing support and advice to practices and DHC on governance and compliance

- Producing policies, SOPs, and other documentation around governance

- Reviewing compliance in practices and DHC

- Supporting with delivery, implementation, and maintenance of clinical governance software

- Supporting investigations, complaints handling, DSP toolkit returns, and ensuring GDPR requirements are met

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per year, membership of the NHS pension scheme, 27 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, and access to an Employee Assistance Programme.

The post is based at Holmhurst Medical Centre, Redhill, and requires travel to other DHC locations.
