## Description

We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our Surf & Skate Network Team in Salzburg, Austria. As a Social Media Specialist, you'll lead social media strategy, develop content, and work with international teams to grow engaged communities across platforms.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead Red Bull Surf and Skate social media strategy across all relevant platforms

- Develop efficient workflows for social concept creation, production, and release

- Monitor and evaluate content performance using Red Bull's analytical tools

- Work closely with international teams to program always-on content

- Collaborate with internal video editors and production management to create impactful social content

**Requirements:**

- 3+ years of experience in a social media role, ideally within a major brand or culture-driven environment

- Strong passion for surf and/or skate culture

- Proven ability to develop creative social-first ideas and manage content workflows

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills

- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

- Familiarity with social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook

- Experience with tools such as MS Office and Airtable; video editing skills are a plus
