Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Dundee Gallagher Retail Park, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store

Work Pattern:

- Thursday 18:00-22:00

- Friday 18:00-22:00

- Saturday 18:00-22:00
