## Description

As the Manager, Sales Development, you will build and lead a team of Sales Development Representatives, overseeing new business opportunities and lead qualification to support the sales pipeline.

You will manage team performance, drive strategic sales initiatives, and ensure successful execution of prospecting strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building, leading, mentoring, and managing a team of Sales Development professionals

- Identifying and qualifying new leads to achieve and exceed personal and team revenue goals

- Performing analysis of outreach to understand success rates and optimize outreach results

- Working across sales leadership to build and execute on strategic growth plans

- Collaborating with senior sales leadership and marketing teams to refine sales strategies

Requirements:

- 7-9 years of prior experience in sales, business development, or a related industry

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage performance, mentor colleagues, and contribute leadership within defined workstreams

- High proficiency with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools

- Solid expertise in sales development, lead generation, or a related field

- Validated experience in building and scaling a sales team
