## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Flowerdown retail park in Weston Super Mare. As a frontline team member, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

**Work Pattern:**

- Wednesday: 18:00 to 22:00

- Friday: 18:00 to 22:00

- Saturday: 18:00 to 22:00

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

- Deliver five-star customer service at pace
