## Description

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join their team in Springfield, MA. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence within the store.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the pharmacy team to ensure that pharmacy operations run smoothly and patients' prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately

- Provide exceptional customer service and create heartfelt and personalized moments while serving patients

- Complete basic inventory activities, such as accurately putting away medication deliveries and completing cycle counts

- Contribute to a high-performing team and be receptive to feedback

- Remain flexible for both scheduling and business needs

- Understand and comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ethical principles

Requirements:

- Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy

- State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

- Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe

- Attention and focus, customer service and team orientation, communication skills, mathematical reasoning, problem resolution, and physical demands

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician

- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting

- Ability to work in the home store and across the market in other locations
