## Description

As a Senior Operations Analyst, Mission Engineering, Air Dominance & Strike, Active Clearance, you will engage directly with internal and external stakeholders to translate their questions into physics-based analyses, often designing experiments using mission-level simulations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Employing the scientific method to develop model-driven analysis

- Developing a deep understanding of Anduril's platform, autonomy, simulation, and perception products

- Using advanced internal M&S capabilities to give analyses and asymmetric advantage over competitors

- Translating complex analytical findings into clear and compelling summaries for internal program teams and external customers

The requirements for this role are:

- 5+ years of experience in a relevant Science or Engineering field

- Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

- 2+ years of hands-on AFSIM scripting experience

- Proficiency in modeling and scripting languages such as Python, MATLAB, Simulink

- Demonstrated experience in platform MS&A, payload MS&A, and exceptional communication and presentation skills

- A working knowledge of domains such as Offensive/Defensive Counter-Air, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance

Preferred qualifications include:

- 8+ years of experience in a relevant Science or Engineering field

- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance

- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute an Operations Analysis study

- Signal processing experience

- Experience with RF propagation modeling

The salary range for this role is $166,000-$200,000 USD.
