## Description

As a Market Manager at Airbnb, you will be responsible for driving growth in your assigned territory, the French West Coast, by managing professional host accounts and acquiring high-quality inventory.

You will build strong relationships with hosts, develop and refine scalable supply management strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure long-term market success.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and managing professional host account relationships

- Meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals

- Analyzing data to identify strategic opportunities

- Prospecting and onboarding new, high-quality supply

- Providing support to clients on technical integrations

- Representing Airbnb in external meetings

- Developing deep knowledge of local markets and trends

- Leveraging market knowledge to build initiatives

- Responding to and delivering exceptional service to professional hosts

- Working cross-functionally with internal teams

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in account management, partner support, or sales

- 2+ years of experience in the hospitality or travel industry

- Fluency in French and English

- Ability to travel domestically from Paris to your aligned market territory

- Proven track record of working with leads pipelines and/or books of business

- Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce and Mixmax

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong time management and prioritization skills

- Ability to work strategically and tactically

We offer a salary range of €61,000-€72,000 EUR per year, as well as bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
