## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our customer service team.

As a Team Supervisor at TransPerfect, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of productivity, quality, and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing top-notch customer service by effectively supervising a team of well-trained customer service agents

- Ensuring compliance with internal and external specifications and standards

- Developing and implementing measures to improve productivity, performance, and career growth for customer service agents

- Communicating policy updates and company information through team meetings and one-on-one sessions

- Monitoring key performance indicators for customer service agents

- Assisting in research and analysis work efforts

- Documenting coaching and development sessions

- Interacting with cross-functional support groups

- Handling daily administrative duties

- Identifying and resolving operational problems

- Maintaining confidentiality

- Participating in periodic self-evaluations and quarterly Center evaluation programs

- Conducting periodic evaluations of assigned customer service agents

- Staying up-to-date with center systems and equipment updates

- Understanding basic HR laws and regulations

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma

- Excellent communication and supervisory skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Basic understanding of Word, Excel, and/or MS Office Suite
