## Description

The Hospitality Supervisor supports the direction and management of SpaceXAI's food and beverage operations, ensuring quality service across various outlets and catering locations.

Responsibilities:

- Set and enforce hospitality operation standards and guest interactions

- Develop and implement customer service strategies and training programs

- Oversee day-to-day operations across food service outlets and catering locations

- Manage staff, including hiring, performance evaluations, and development opportunities

- Coordinate events, including large gatherings and catering requests

- Enforce food safety practices and maintain clean workstations

- Train staff on customer service, menu knowledge, allergens, and nutrition

- Manage product quality, consistency, service, and inventory levels

- Monitor financial activities, scheduling, and sales data collection

- Communicate with vendors for orders, deliveries, and product quality issues

Basic Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalency certificate

- 6+ years of food service industry experience with 2+ years of leadership experience

- Ability to lift 25lbs, stand for 8-12 hours, and work varied shifts

- Food Manager Certification and TABC certification required or obtainable

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- 5+ years of leadership experience in food service

- Experience opening new operations and creating procedures

- Fine dining, upscale, casual, and quick service restaurant experience

- Excellent communication, time management, and food safety knowledge

- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office

- Knowledge of allergen identification, dietary restrictions, and beverage service
