## Description

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Sodexo, working on a FIFO (Fly-in Fly-out) basis from Brisbane.

As a Cook, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality meals to our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing meals for breakfast, dinner, crib, and pastries in a mass-catering environment

- Demonstrating expertise in bulk cooking, particularly in remote site environments

- Providing exceptional customer service and working effectively as part of a team

To qualify, you will need:

- Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or full Australian working rights

- Trade Certificate or Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

- Proven experience in mass-catering environments

- HACCP expertise combined with strong leadership and organisational skills
