## Description

We are seeking a BIM Technician Electrical to join our Integrated Complementary Resource Centre GCC AU India BIM team in Bengaluru.

The successful candidate will work in a team environment to develop and deliver projects through various stages of design, from feasibility to planning/detailed design and construction.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings using industry-standard tools.

- Coordinate with signalling, power, civil, and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination of telecommunications systems across the project.

- Create and manage electrical families, circuiting, panel schedules, and electrical documentation.

- Work on a range of infrastructure schemes to independently develop engineering BIM models and drawings under relevant standards.

- Play a proactive part in the design process and be active on several projects at any given time.

- Contribute to all types of projects.

- Use Revit, ACC, 3D MicroStation, Navis work, ProjectWise, AutoCAD, iTwin, and Revizto for model and drawing production.

- Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.

- Take responsibility for personal development with the support of the line manager.

- Assist in the development of others in the team.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering with 7-10 years of relevant work experience in Revit/Bentley/Autodesk BIM Software.

- Excellent working knowledge of Electrical Core knowledge of 3D Revit/MicroStation/AECOsim/OpenBuilding Designer.

- Good working knowledge of the relevant Metro Rail discipline.

- Proficiency in standard office software.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
