## Description

Argos Shift Managers are responsible for managing shifts within Argos stores, inspiring and motivating teams, and providing on-the-job support.

They coach colleagues to deliver excellent customer experiences while working on the shop floor.

Shift Managers support stores across the London region, working flexibly to drive operational excellence, share best practices, and support colleagues and customers.

In the absence of the Store Manager, they lead full store operations, ensuring effective resource allocation for day-to-day tasks such as warehouse organisation, deliveries, and customer service.

They focus on driving sales and profitability while ensuring a great customer experience.
