## Description

We are seeking a Senior Support Specialist to join our Technology Management team at Success Academy's K-12 school in the Bronx.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary on-site point of contact for walk-up technical support and ServiceNow tickets, delivering rapid triage, resolution, and escalation per established SLAs.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing just-in-time troubleshooting and operational support for classroom technology

- Managing campus device lifecycles, inventory, and loaner pools

- Executing frontline hardware break/fix and basic network edge troubleshooting

- Facilitating tech onboarding and training for new staff

The ideal candidate will have:

- 2+ years of experience in Help Desk, Desktop Support, or K–12/enterprise tech support

- Proficiency with macOS, iOS/iPadOS, ChromeOS, Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, and Google Admin Console

- Working knowledge of basic networking concepts and classroom A/V setups
