## The Role

We are seeking a Business Developer Executive OOH - CDI in Paris to join our sales team. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for developing sales and brand presence through active field prospecting.

### Key Responsibilities

- Actively prospect and retain new OOH clients in the assigned sector

- Develop existing portfolio: volume, assortment, and visibility (PLV, logo on menu, etc.)

- Accompany clients in optimizing their offer (recommendation of drinks and highlighting)

- Facilitate commercial discussions between clients and distributors to ensure the implementation of our products

- Report activity on our CRM to effectively manage customer portfolios

- Assist the team during events and other projects (trade shows, partner events, etc.)

### Your Profile

If you have the following qualities, we would be delighted to receive your application:

- At least one year of experience in field prospecting in the CHR sector

- A commercial mindset with natural relationship-building skills, proactive, autonomous, humble, energetic, and resilient

- An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to generate innovative ideas when faced with client rejection

- Comfortable taking unconventional approaches to capture the attention of stakeholders in a playful manner, like Oatly
