Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Craigleith, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

**Work Pattern:**

- Tuesday: 12:00-20:00

- Thursday: 12:00-20:00

- Saturday: 12:00-20:00

**Note:** Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to meet customer demands

- Adapt to changing store demands, working across various areas as needed
