## Description

As an Online Manager at Asda, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our Online operation in store.

You'll be responsible for the online shrink agenda with structured processes and data-led decisions. You'll validate picker and driver resources for the store through effective rota planning, ensuring the team drives picking accuracy to guarantee consistency in the online operation.

**Requirements:**

- Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.

- Operational knowledge of Online retail environment.

- Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.

- Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership.

- Strong organisational skills and great customer service.

- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
