## Description

We are seeking a BEST-samordnare Järnväg to coordinate technical areas such as track, electricity, signals, and telecommunications in large railway projects for Trafikverket.

As a BEST-samordnare, you will have a key role in some of Sweden's most complex railway projects. You will work in multidisciplinary teams where collaboration, structure, and technical understanding are crucial to creating sustainable and feasible solutions for the future of railways.

Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate technical areas such as track, electricity, signals, and telecommunications through various project stages

- Ensure high-quality interfaces, requirements, and deliveries

- Collaborate closely with technical managers, project leaders, customers, and other disciplines to drive work forward efficiently

- Contribute a holistic perspective and technical coordination in complex project environments

Requirements:

- Several years of experience in railway coordination, preferably in large and complex projects for Trafikverket

- Good understanding of technical areas such as track, electricity, signals, and telecommunications

- Experience working in multidisciplinary project organizations and knowledge of project processes, delivery requirements, and quality work

- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

- Civil engineering or equivalent education/experience in construction
