## Description

You'll be the first dedicated external voice of our brand in the engineer world , the person who makes Solidgate visible, credible, and worth following for the engineers and techbuilders who matter a lot to us.

Responsibilities:

- Building the engineering community from the ground up

- Producing content engineers actually want to read

- Launching and owning Solidgate's technical content channels

- Writing and ghostwriting with our engineers

- Being the public face of Solidgate in the engineer world

- Preparing engineers for what's ahead

- Running and sponsoring events that attract great engineers

- Putting our engineers on stage

- Tracking what's working

Requirements:

- 2+ years in community management, education project management, communications, or PR

- Experience in building and growing external communities

- Strong writing skills

- Ability to turn complex technical topics into engaging content

- Comfortable being the public face of the tech employer brand

- Fluent in Ukrainian and English

Nice to Have:

- Degree in Computer Science or technical background

- Experience running tech events or meetups

- Portfolio of technical content that generated real traction
