## Description

This job contributes to product strategy alongside cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the shared vision. It includes implementing an architectural and shared product roadmap that balances innovative product solutions with regulatory requirements, customer needs, and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Input to product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders consistent with the shared vision for the product or enabling platform.

- Implement the architectural roadmap that balances innovative design and technical implementation, while balancing regulatory requirements, time-to-market, meeting customer needs and product profitability.

- Control for the customer experience and customer needs in product requirements and as an input to decision making.

- Monitor metrics that inform the success of products including usability studies, research and market analysis.

- Manage one or more workstreams to include analytics, customer discovery, market research and competitive analysis to drive data-driven decision-making.

- Monitor product profitability measures, including budget.

- Participate in operational mechanisms that drive execution and accountability including Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews.

- Partner with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers.

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Previous experience with FinTechs, specifically focused on financial services.

- 1-2 years of experience developing credit based lending solutions for consumers and/or businesses.

- 1 year experience working on a platform/back end system, supporting APIs, event streaming, and data warehousing.

**Salary Range:**

- Scottsdale, Arizona: ($152,500.00 - $226,600.00 Annually)

- Chicago, Illinois: ($160,500.00 - $238,700.00 Annually)

- Austin, Texas: ($160,500.00 - $238,700.00 Annually)
