## Description

We are recruiting a Restaurations Manager to join our team at the Mercure Arles Centre Arènes.

As a true ambassador of the customer experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of service and contributing to making every meal a unique moment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and coordinating the service in the dining area

- Welcoming, advising, and retaining our customers

- Ensuring the smooth running of the service and the satisfaction of our customers

- Leading, supporting, and motivating the dining area team

- Coordinating between the dining area, kitchen, and various hotel services

- Participating in setting up and monitoring quality standards

- Handling special requests or situations with professionalism

The profile we are looking for:

- You have a successful experience in restaurants, ideally in a hotel or gourmet establishment.

- You are dynamic, organised, and reactive.

- You are comfortable leading a team.

- You are sensitive to details and service quality.

- You have excellent interpersonal skills.

- You are passionate about hospitality and restaurants.

- You are comfortable with French and international customers.
