## Description

We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team. As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for learning and developing your skills in sales, customer service, and brand management.

**Responsibilities:**

- Training: Participate in our comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge

- Business Acumen: Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, build and protect the Red Bull brand, establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers

- Daily Preparation: Obtain necessary tools and insights to execute daily plans, effectively communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers

- In Route Support: Cover Account Sales Manager routes as needed, meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising

- Off Route Support: Support the team with audits, blitz, building displays, merchandising to drive sales

**Requirements:**

- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years of age

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage
