## Description

We're looking for a skilled Lincoln Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a member of our Marketing, Sales & Service organization, you'll be responsible for executing marketing deliverables in support of future Lincoln product development. You'll own the point of view for volume, revenue, content, and offering strategy that delivers on the Lincoln brand pillars. You'll be the subject matter expert on the competitive set and understand the target customer and Lincoln brand strategy better than anyone.

Your primary focus will be on creating compelling vehicles that drive quality and profit, transforming Lincoln into a brand clients can't live without. You'll create must-have Lincoln products by being the Lincoln Product Marketing expert for your specific vehicle program milestones and volume planning. You'll also provide Voice-of-the-Customer input and achieve all Marketing deliverables for future model Lincoln programs.

In addition, you'll be responsible for defining and owning the Market Equation development that includes product, packaging, pricing actions, as well as program volumes and take rates to maximize customer desirability and company/dealer profitability. You'll integrate market brand strategy into vehicle line product assumptions and work with the market research team to coordinate key market research events.

You'll also ensure an outstanding hand-over of Marketing responsibilities and product knowledge as vehicles move from future to current (launch) model. You'll support Brand Marketing efforts, including Immersion and Event support, and champion team efforts and presentation materials for Key Retailer interfaces.

To be successful in this role, you'll need strong analytical and financial skills, as well as extraordinary teamwork and collaborative skills. You'll also need strong Excel, PowerPoint, and communication skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate across the organization.

If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for marketing and a desire to make a real impact, we encourage you to apply!
