## Description

Be the first to apply for this exciting opportunity as a PD Finance analyst at Ford's Chennai centre. This role involves validating 2 Pagers used to address permanent quality fixes and supporting the PD Team for quicker approval and implementation. You will also validate related cost CAPEX cost and support funding through iERP fund load activity. Ensuring thorough tracking of approved costs to ensure accurate financial reporting at month end is another key responsibility. Collaborating with cross-vehicle line Chief program engineering, product development teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and targets and budget containment is crucial. Developing monthly management reporting for driving cost control within approved budgets with CPE, PVT  & D&R is also part of the job. Providing physical based management variance reporting on a timely basis to influence operating stakeholder is essential. Gathering and consolidating inputs from various stakeholders for financial actuals & forecasts relating to specific vehicle lines is a key task. Being cost conscious and proficient in problem-solving tools including six-sigma or kaizen tools is required. Collating key physical metrics related to changes in operations and preparing variance reports for management reviews is another responsibility. Preparing management schedules for review and approval, ensuring accuracy and completeness is crucial. Identifying opportunities to modernize and transform finance operations within OPD team is a key goal. Implementing best practices and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial processes is essential.
