As a Director, Relationships, you'll play a key part in supporting the agribusiness and regional team, managing a local client portfolio, and working both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

- Independently address the financial needs of regional businesses, structuring them in a common-sense way

- Utilise your deep interest in the broader regional economic environment and its impact on businesses

- Build robust relationships with customers, local industry bodies, and internal and external business partners

- Drive business growth through a unique, client-centric proposition to the regional SME market

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in regional commercial and/or agribusiness banking, credit, or related field

- Strong credit writing skills

- Strong financial analysis skills

- Self-starter with a proven ability to work autonomously and build networks
