## Description

This is a senior role responsible for leading client relationships, account management, and the delivery of health and benefits broking and consulting solutions for a portfolio of corporate clients.

As a Senior Client Account Manager, you will serve as a senior client contact point and trusted advisor, with accountability for client retention, renewal strategy, insurer engagement, service quality, team leadership, and the overall performance of assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading client account management activities for assigned corporate clients

- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

- Overseeing day-to-day service delivery and coordinating account management teams

- Ensuring accurate and timely management of policy documentation and account servicing matters

- Setting and leading client account strategies, including renewal planning and insurer negotiations

- Monitoring service quality and account performance

- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members

- Contributing to business development and market growth

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A university degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications

- 8+ years of solid account management experience in health & benefits, insurance, and/or insurance broking

- Strong client and stakeholder management skills

- Practical understanding of insurance broking, renewals, and client servicing

- Project management skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Strong language capabilities in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
