## Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Systems Engineer in our Intel Sectors, Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). You will work closely with software developers, Subject Matter Experts, and analysts to perform requirements derivation and refinement.

**Primary Responsibilities**

- Requirements gathering and development, with experience in systems integration and interoperability, and systems design and architecture

- Derive functional, system, and performance requirements

- Develop various systems engineering artifacts, such as CONOPs and architecture diagrams

- Develop schedules for features and perform backlog grooming

- Write or review documentation and create status reports

**Basic Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university

- 14 years' experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity

- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts

- Participate in an Integrated Product Team to design new capabilities

- Support the planning and test analysis of the DoD Certification/Accreditation Process

- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Agile, MS Project, and/or Visio
