## Description

GDIT is seeking qualified candidates for Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support II (MTCCS II) program as a Federation Manager (Simulations).

As a Federation Manager (Simulations), you will serve as a manager of the Simulation Federation and as a communications nucleus for multiple simultaneous events.

Responsibilities:

- Serves as a manager of the Simulation Federation and as a communications nucleus for multiple simultaneous events, with federates and distributed clients located at both CONUS and OCONUS sites

- Identify and quickly troubleshoot problems on federate systems, Runtime Infrastructure (RTI) software, client system software, and networking

- Advise government representatives on technical recommendations and timelines with regards to the Simulation Federation capabilities

- Ensures all exercise databases are complete, accurate, functional and on time

- Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or a related field preferred; five years’ experience in information technology management preferred

- 5+ years of related experience; five years’ experience in JLVC technical and operational competencies, including experience in configuring, maintaining, and integrating JLVC federate systems

- Technical experience in configuring, maintaining, and integrating JLVC federate systems

- Expert knowledge in the Joint Exercise Life Cycle; experience with integrating host model sites and other services simulations (AWSIM, MTWA, etc)

- Expert knowledge of integrating C2 systems

- In depth knowledge of HLA

- Expert understanding of DIS protocols and SISO standards

- Ensure DoD cybersecurity information assurance policies and RMF compliance

- CompTIA SEC+ certification required; Technical Certification IAW DoDM 8140.03 Baseline Computing Environment (CE) Certification Requirements at Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT II)

- TS/SCI clearance required
