## Description

Samsara, a pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, helps organizations harness Internet of Things (IoT) data to improve their operations.

As an Enterprise Core Implementation Consultant, you will be part of the Select Customer Success team, advising and guiding large customers to ensure they adopt Samsara and gain business value from our products.

Your responsibilities include:

- Managing the deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers

- Creating launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage

- Tracking implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health

- Running training sessions and demonstrating Samsara's technology

- Juggling multiple customer engagements in parallel and working cross-functionally

- Serving as a mentor to the wider Customer Success and Support teams

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role

- Enterprise SaaS experience preferred

- Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence

- Experience supporting or working with technical products

- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations

The compensation range for this role is $88,979-$134,590.91 USD per year.
