## Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team in Rome. As a founding member of a growing company, you will collaborate with Italy's premium restaurants to develop new relationships and unlock new revenue streams.

Responsibilities:

- Map, prospect, pitch, and close new restaurants across your region

- Support partners in joining Deliveroo and provide the best experience

- Communicate with restaurants to demonstrate Deliveroo technology

- Help restaurant owners/managers overcome barriers or hesitations

- Attend restaurant and food meet-ups

Requirements:

- Sales experience

- Confidence or experience dealing with partners/customers

- Experience in demonstrating product and industry knowledge

- Fluent Italian (mandatory) + good command of English (nice to have)

- Comfortable with negotiations

- Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a significant plus

Compensation:

- National Collective Agreement (CBA): CCNL Commercio e Terziario

- Classification Level: Livello 4

- Total target compensation (OTE): €35,200 – €44,000 gross per year
