## Description

We're looking for a Claims Operation & Contact Centre Advisor to handle customer inquiries and provide support in the Hong Kong region.

Responsibilities include:

- Acting as the first point of contact for Hong Kong customers via email and live chat

- Providing accurate information on insurance products, policies, and claims

- Managing customer cases efficiently and resolving issues promptly

- Delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining accurate records

- Completing assigned tasks and supporting ad hoc activities

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

- Prior experience in customer service, policy administration, or claims operations within the insurance industry is preferred

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using customer service systems
