## Description

We are seeking a Stage Assistant Legal Counsel to join our Social Legal team in Courbevoie, France for a 6-month internship starting from 4 January 2027.

As a Stage Assistant Legal Counsel, you will primarily work on individual labour relations, advising the HR department on various individual subjects such as dismissals, disciplinary procedures, and participating in the preparation of litigation cases.

You will also provide advice on transformation projects within HSBC in France and conduct legal monitoring, sending daily updates and preparing current affairs meetings.

To be eligible, you should have a Master's degree (BAC+4/5) and be a trainee lawyer (CAPA).
