## Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager - BIL to join our team in Mumbai, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing the acquisition of target clientele across business instalment loan segments, building and strengthening a strong network of direct sales agencies in the market, and acquiring new business through the open market.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and managing a network of at least 10 Direct Sales Agencies (DSAs) in the market

- Strong DSA management and new DSA empanelment

- In-depth knowledge of products and policies

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Market updates and knowledge

- Awareness of competition
