## Description

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Full-Time outpatient Physical Therapist in Glen Ellyn, IL.

Whether you're a new graduate, early in your career, or an experienced clinician, Duly gives you the time, support, and resources to build the practice you want.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting

- Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits

- Work alongside PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers

- Maintain autonomy to provide individualised, one-on-one care

**Mentorship**

Duly offers a structured 6-month mentorship program designed to help new and early-career PTs build confidence and independence.

- Months 0–2: Build Your Foundation – work closely with an experienced PT on clinical reasoning, evaluations, documentation, treatment planning, and caseload management

- Months 2–4: Build Confidence – strengthen clinical decision-making through continued mentorship, case discussions, and exposure to specialty areas

- Months 4–6: Build Your Practice – transition toward greater independence while identifying long-term clinical interests, specialty opportunities, and professional development goals

**Qualifications**

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

- Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license

**Schedule**

- Monday–Friday, including two evenings per week until 7:00 PM

- Last patient scheduled at 6:00 PM

**Compensation**

- Base salary: $77,000–$110,000, based on experience and qualifications

- This position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus and additional financial incentives
