## Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team at 3M's plant located in Ensenada, Baja California.

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely supply of materials and tools required mainly in the production area. You will maintain accurate and reliable records of inventory, including entries, exits, and balances of materials. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining order and cleanliness within the warehouse and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental policies.

Key responsibilities:

- Receive and inspect raw materials and tools, storing them in the warehouse or redirecting them to the designated recipient

- Participate in activities and suggest possible improvements

- Conduct weekly and monthly physical inventories in the warehouse using the cyclic counting technique

- Implement and follow established procedures to ensure efficient warehouse operations

Requirements:

- Completed secondary education

- At least 1 year of related experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a manufacturing setting with an objective-oriented approach

- Strong teamwork and customer service skills (internal and external)

- Basic computer knowledge

Preferred qualifications:

- Proficiency in MS-Office applications

- Focus on Industrial Safety

- Technical degree or diploma
