## Description

As an Account Specialist, your goal is to grow the coverage and quality of Agoda's supply network in Thailand.

You will acquire new accommodation partners and, alongside your team, support a mixed portfolio of newly onboarded and high-potential partners.

Your responsibilities include:

- Building and prioritizing a pipeline of prospective accommodation partners across assigned Thailand markets

- Conducting high-quality outreach by phone, email, and approved channels

- Qualifying leads, explaining Agoda's value proposition, addressing objections, and converting prospects into partners

- Owning the acquisition journey from first contact through negotiation, contracting, account setup, onboarding, and activation

- Supporting new partners in creating accurate, compelling listings with complete content, competitive rates, and available inventory

- Maintaining accurate CRM records, clear next steps, and timely handoffs

- Using funnel data and market feedback to improve prioritization, outreach effectiveness, conversion, and time to go live

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Minimum 2 years in business development, sales, or partner acquisition

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- A track record of meeting ambitious targets and managing a large pipeline

- Confidence using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and funnel data

- Adaptability, organization, and resilience in a fast-paced environment

- Fluency in spoken and written Thai and English
