## Description

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an AI and ML Solution Architect to join their team. As a Hybrid role, you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, strong programming skills, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design AI and machine learning solutions

- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms

- Deploy machine learning models into production environments

- Integrate models with existing software systems and infrastructure

- Monitor the performance of deployed models and collect relevant metrics

- Organize and lead comprehensive design review sessions

- Mentor and provide feedback to junior and mid-level team members

- Develop and deliver strategic presentations and reports to senior stakeholders

Education and Experience Required:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or closely related quantitative discipline

- Typically, 7-10 years' experience

Knowledge and Skills:

- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms

- Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java

- Advanced knowledge and experience in deep learning

- Excellent communication skills
