As a Delivery Manager at NEXT's Croydon Outlet, you will lead a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation. You will manage a team to achieve performance targets in a fast-paced environment. Your experience in leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing team will be crucial to your success.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation

- Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all operational activities

- Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team is at the core of everything you do

- Ensure smooth running of the stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying, and solving problems

- Always strive to ensure beautifully presented stock is available to customers as soon as possible
