## Description

Join our General Sports and Events Media Team in Salzburg, Austria, where you'll drive and execute the creative vision of the General Events team from a content perspective.

As the Producer, you'll shape the creative vision and content strategy of the General Events team, collaborating closely with Communication Managers, Channel Management, Production Management, and local country teams to deliver purposeful and engaging content that reinforces the brand and connects with audiences.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement innovative content strategies and formats that meet project goals and reinforce brand identity

- Lead and execute end-to-end content productions, ensuring high editorial, technical, and creative standards

- Collaborate with internal and external production partners to enable efficient workflows and deliver state-of-the-art content

- Identify and establish strategic co-production opportunities with third-party platforms, brands, and broadcasters

- Build content expertise and elevate the quality and consistency of local productions across the Red Bull country network

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years' experience developing and commissioning non-live content projects

- Proven track record of developing and producing distinctive content across various formats

- Strong understanding of sport and media in a digital environment, including distribution and media partnerships

- Editorial expertise with the ability to evaluate and provide clear, constructive feedback

- Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

- Team-player and self-starter mentality with the ability to communicate efficiently in a multilingual, multicultural environment
