## Description

We are seeking a Support Developer to join our Product Technology team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Support Developer, you will provide application and operational support to our product owners and customers, build and maintain long-lasting relationships with stakeholders, and ensure efficient and effective communication across the business.

Responsibilities:

- Provide application and operational support to product owners and customers

- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with stakeholders

- Provide efficient and effective communication with users across all levels of the business

- Maintain databases and ensure systems are configured with updated operational data

- Understand the business impact of incidents and prioritize accordingly

- Keep up to date with new applications and functionality, and identify systems issues

- Escalate high-priority and business-impacting issues to relevant individuals

- Ensure data integrity by recording actions for incidents and service requests

- Provide guidance and support to the Application Support team

- Identify and resolve production incidents

Requirements:

- Microsoft C# / .Net Framework / VB6 / .Net Core

- Microsoft SQL Server

- Microsoft Team Foundation Server

- Windows/Web Applications

- Test Driven Development (TDD)

- Model View Controller (MVC)

- Git / Azure DevOps

- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and multitasking

Desired skills:

- Knowledge of Google G Suite

- Retail industry knowledge/experience

- ITIL Foundation in Service Management

- Agile Methodology

- Awareness of ITIL processes

- Kubernetes
