## Description

We are seeking a KYC Senior Analyst to join our team at Barclays. As a KYC Senior Analyst, you will provide first-class support by conducting in-depth due diligence, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and safeguarding our clients and organisation with expertise and care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.

- Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.

- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations in operational processes.

- Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.

- Develop reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.

- Identify industry trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations.

- Participate in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

**Analyst Expectations:**

- Meet the needs of stakeholders/customers through specialist advice and support.

- Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard.

- Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to.

- Maintain and continually build an understanding of how all teams in the area contribute to the objectives of the broader sub-function.

- Continually develop awareness of the underlying principles and concepts on which the work within the area of responsibility is based.

**Requirements:**

- End-to-end KYC knowledge and experience in periodic review for corporate clients.

- Specialist knowledge in EDD, understanding and experience in reviewing company structures, organisations, and ownership.

- In-depth knowledge of Global KYC policies and procedures.

- Knowledge and understanding of the legislation that affects Barclays and our clients.

- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience of working with key stakeholders.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong time management skills.
